Renewables @ No. 10 is the Thurso town centre home for Caithness Renewables Ltd. This well-located facility for business services, linking Caithness to the world with superfast, fibre optic broadband, was opened by John Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Employment and Sustainable Growth, on 28th September 2012. Since then we have hosted a number of clients, visiting the north to grow their businesses.

This refurbished building, created following reuse/recycle principles, conveniently located near hotels, restaurants and town centre services at 10 Sinclair Street, is dual purpose; it hosts consultancy businesses, Caithness Renewables and Sustainability Services Scotland, and also provides hot desking/office lease or rental for like-minded companies including renewable energy supply chain businesses, business start-ups and businesses growing in the Scottish market.
